SkinOcean is in a closed beta with no real payments — wallet balances are play money and no card details are ever collected. This page will carry the real document before that changes.
Account setup asks you to accept this document, and records which version you accepted. Until the text below it exists, treat that as a placeholder for the agreement rather than the agreement itself — you’ll be asked again, once, when the real one is published.
